We offer many added features as well as special customizations to fit your needs. Shed sizes range from 4ft x 8ft to 16ft x 24ft and you can have your backyard building painted to match your house or choose colors that best fit your backyard. Greenhouse sizes range from 8.5ft x 8.5ft to 8.5ft x 20.5ft and are available in forest green or white.

- No concrete slab is needed as we provides a base as standard equipment

What's not included?
- You must provide building permits if applicable in your area.
- Check with your Homeowners’ Association for height and building restrictions. Height of the Organizer model can be adjusted to meet requirements.
- Paint selection. Choose your own colors and brand to match your home! We can suggest how much and the type to buy.
- Leveling of foundation over 6” (six inches). Additional charges may apply.
